The Psychological Autopsy (PA) template provided is one of the most important tools we have when looking for the “why” of a completed suicide. The PA is about intelligence collecting and building a case to better understand the Decedent’s life in the months, weeks, and days preceding death. The PA will be used as part of the final product in Lesson 10.
