Mr. Kelly W. Oliver is a retired federal law enforcement officer who brings over 37 years of leadership experience in local (from undercover roles to patrol, violent crime investigations, covert/overt tactical, and multi-agency environments), federal investigative and technical operations positions at the field, Headquarters, and federal Department level with a focus on officer safety and effective case development.
Mr. Oliver holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Mr. Oliver is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session #194, with memberships in the FBI National Academy Associates (EDMO and D.C. chapters), International Association of Chiefs of Police, National Technical Investigators Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police.
At Mr. Oliver’s retirement he had been awarded 95 commendations, awards, or letters of recognition for law enforcement efforts benefiting the mission and communities served. Mr. Oliver is committed to law enforcement advancement and professionalism and is a strong proponent of officer safety, wellness, and the marketing of agencies successes demonstrating value added to stakeholders across the nation.
